Colosseum writing

 The Colosseum is located in Piazza del Colosseum, 1, 00184 Rome rm which is in Italy. The Colosseum consists of stones and concrete. The Colosseum was built between 72 and 80 under the emperor Vespasian in the heart of Ancient Rome.

The Colosseum is 189 metres long, 156 metres wide and 50 metres in height.The Colosseum is the largest amphitheatre in the world. The Colosseum has been made by thousands of slaves.it took 8 years for the Colosseum to be built.

The Colosseum was built in 70 AD.The Colosseum can fit 50,000 people in it. The Colosseum is 2,000 years old and the gladiators are really good at fighting. Even though the Colosseum is old, it is still on the spot like they just built it.

 Introduction

Madagascar is a country in the continent of East Africa. In Madagascar it is actually the poorest country in the world. Madagascar is the safest country in the world to live in.Marco polo was the one that named the name of madagascar. Madagascar is the 4th largest country in the world.in madagascar mens and womens wore the same clothes.

Tradition/Food

The food that the people in madagascar eat is mostly rice or fish with a slide of vegetables.  If people walk past other people’s houses then they will feed the people that are walking past.  They will even eat cold potatoes they will eat on the floor instead of their table. They do have tables but they don't eat on it.Romazava is what they eat which is meat stew with leafy greens.

The capital of Madagascar is Antananarivo and the traditional bracelet is called vonguvongu. The traditional guitar in madagascar is called valila. The handshake in Madagascar is probably different from everyone else's. You have to put out your right hand and put the left one on the right hand and bend down gently.

Animals

The animal in madagascar which is lemur has a really long middle finger to dig. in madagascar it is called aye aye the weight of it is 4 pounds in the wild.there teeth are like a rat and there ears are like a bat.Tenrecs Tenrecs, which look similar to moles shrews and hedgehogs were probably the first mammals to arrive on the island of Madagascar. When scared they curl up in a ball and extend spiky hairs to protect themselves from predators. 

recount about school holiday

 Firstly on a Saturday night at 6:00pm on the last week of our school holidays i went bowling in botany but it was in the time zone. When we got there I was so excited to play. When we got in we had to go to a lady so she could tell us what to do. She told us that we have two games so we finished our game at 8:00 pm. I went with my family.

i kept on hitting like 5 pins but there were 10 on so my sister wanted a turn so she went and she got 8 down it was so fun until we had to go and eat. Then we went back playing later then the lady her name was Ana she said that we had to go for our next game  so we went and it was 7:00 pm.

When we got to where we had out bowling Ana said that we have 1 more hour to go so we spent our time playing. So my mum went for a go on bowling and she got 6 pins down and there were 4 left on so i went for it and i got 2 down so there were 2 left so my sister went for it and she got it.so we had one more go so it was my dad and brothers.

Later that night we had 1 and a half more hours to go so we tried our best to finish before our

time runs out so we tried and then but we wanted to try and have teams so it was girls vs boys so my mum got 9 down and my day went and he got down 10. i hope you like this writing.

Cross Country Run 2020

Hello and welcome back today. I am going to talk about what we did last week Friday.

Last week Friday was our cross country when i got to school my hands was so sweaty because i was scared to do a race but ever since then i was a bit better so when the bell rang for us to back to class so we can all go together onto the field so we can start our first cross country after the lock down.

We had to go and sit on the grass and wait until Mr Burt said that we could start. We started off with a prayer then when the prayer was finished then our house captain had a little speech and then that is when we started to run but it went to year 1s to 8s.

When it was our turn to race i was panicking to race because i have not raced in a while so we went to the line then Mr Burt will slap the slapper thing then that is when we run when i was running i was so scared that my legs keep on hurting but i never gave up for my blue team which it is called hinemoana.

Hello and welcome back to a brand new day to start talking about 2 little boys called tom and vinicius when it was 2016 they they were celebrating until they popped out of a cloud and went straight to the floor but Vilnius was chasing a yellow thing that was coming toward him so he was trying to get that yellow thing out of him because he did not like it when it was in front of his face so what he did was that he just slapped the yellow flying thing.




Tom smashed onto the floor and there was a hat on him that had leaves on it but then tom saw a blue flying thing around like what happened to Vilnius but tom was so shocked so he went to take a look at it but then it went into his hair and he was like he got shocked from that blue flying thing that went to his head.

Lunch in Paris

One Friday night ,i went out with my family to have dinner but we were in Paris we went to this restaurant called Restaurant Kei their food that was there was so nice and yum think that is the best restaurant i went to in pairs what i had for dinner was Potatoes gnocchi with truffle, Parmesan emulsion, Iberian ham.


Later that day ,i almost had lots of plates then what i eat in new Zealand  i have lots of plates in Paris because their food is just too yummy to eat at new Zealand i would have lots of plates but not that much my stomach was so sore after i ate my dinner.


Later that night ,when I got home I went into my bedroom and I was just so tired so I went to take a sleep.

Lost in Paris

One day I was lost in Paris when I was lost. I was scard because it was my first day in Paris and I got lost in the airport. So I went to ask for help. There was a room that was right ahead of me so I went there but people were having a meeting.so i just went out of the airport and i went to look if my family will be outside but they weren't and so i saw a big tower.

When i was walking to the tower i saw lots of people there they were taking lots of photos and the tower really tall i could not believe it.there was an lady that was taking photos so i went to ask her if she could help me look for my family because it is my first day in paris.

Later that day she said yes she could so we went around the city but i could not see that much because there were lots of people.so she asked me if i was hungry so went to the Bakery. Their bread was so yum and the chips.

The next day i was sleeping at her house and we went back to the city and suddenly i saw my mum so i yelled out to see if it was her and she looked back i stated to run and she said to me where was i and i told her that i was still in the airport and she said well i am glad that you are here and i told her that i came with a lady and so my mum went to her and said thank you .

Hello and welcome back it is the last day of me talking about the sea creatures because we only do it for 5 days and because it is our last day of school so i am going to try my best to write as long as i can today i am going to talk you through the sea creatures and the creature is a blue whale i hope you enjoy reading.

I think I would have the blue whales at the zoo because people can come and see them and also the blue whales can see the people and they will be so happy that they are not just seeing the animals that are in the sea over and over again.

I would love to meet an blue whale at the zoo because well most of the animals in the sea is the best like fish,starfish and also octopus.

One day there was an man that went surfing on a bright day and then he went deeper and then suddenly when he went under the water he saw the shark and he was so scard that he was screaming but the shark didn't attack him he was just surrounding the man but the man was shocked because the shark did not come to him then the man made it to the boat but the shark didn't know that he went and the man was puffing and he was even more scared that the shark might come and get him so went so fast to the bridge that he was at the first time but he was still puffing when he was surfing back.

One day i was in the south of america i when i went to the beach with my family i was swimming in the sea then suddenly i went deeper and i saw a manatee swimming around and it was eating the sea grass i was so shocked when i saw it because i could not believe that i saw a real manatee in the sea and then i got closer and looked at the manatee and then it was coming closer to me so i was running but i went slow because i was in the the sea and then my mum saw me running and then she came and she asked me why am i running and i told her i got no time to talk i got to go and then me and my mum made it to the sand and we could not see the manatee so i just stayed on the sand i was playing volleyball with my family it was super sun the end i hope you liked my story.

Hello, today I am going to be talking about the wonderful green sea turtle. There was one day that i went to the beach with my family and i went right into the sea with my sister we went half way and we saw a green sea turtle i wanted to look at it for i little bit more but my sister said that we shall get back to the rest of our family i didn’t want to i wanted to so we stay there for 5 mins and then we went back then when we got to the sand i looked where we were and i could not see the turtle and then my mum went to the shops and i went back to where we were with my sister and i tried to keep up with the turtle and then i could not believe that i was swimming next to a large turtle.
