 This morning around 9:00am we had a visitor come to team 5.Her name is Jannah she came to team 5 to talk all about the girls body.She has came to team 5 last year but one thing that Jannah said. Was that our body will start to change while we  grow up.

rainbows end trip with the family

 On Saturday night me and my family went to the night ride at rainbow ends.we went there because school was  gonna start on Monday but my favourite ride was the log even though i was the one that was screaming while the log goes down.

it was so fun going on the rides and the lights were so cool we even took lots of photos of us on the rides and i even loved the bumper  cars it was so cool hitting the other cars.but one of the rides that i didn't like was the roller coaster  because it was going to fast and i was gonna throw up.

The year 7&8's trip to kpmg

 Yesterday the year 7&8 went to kpmg which was in the city.What we did there was challenges it was so fun.Why we went there the reason why we went there was to learn about what they do in kpmg. The first thing we did was to meet all of the people that works at kpmg. Right after that we got to pick which stuff from kpmg so we picked Josh and Alex.Then we got to go around and meet some other people that was working and walking around the offices.Here are some photos that miss west took Thank you kpmg for having us visit your place yesterday and to the chefs that made our lunch.

Tornado hits south Aucklandon Saturday at 8:30am

 There was an tornado in papatoetoe on Saturday around 8:30 am no one knew that there will be a tornado.there was a worker that has been hit by the tornado and two people that has been injuring it was a really bad tornado. the trees has been toppled and there was no WiFi for the people that was near the tornado.it will be sad for some people because they might be losing there family's.

 The Colosseum is located in Piazza del Colosseum, 1, 00184 Rome rm which is in Italy. The Colosseum consists of stones and concrete. The Colosseum was built between 72 and 80 under the emperor Vespasian in the heart of Ancient Rome.

The Colosseum is 189 metres long, 156 metres wide and 50 metres in height.The Colosseum is the largest amphitheatre in the world. The Colosseum has been made by thousands of slaves.it took 8 years for the Colosseum to be built.

The Colosseum was built in 70 AD.The Colosseum can fit 50,000 people in it. The Colosseum is 2,000 years old and the gladiators are really good at fighting. Even though the Colosseum is old, it is still on the spot like they just built it.

Writing about madagascar

 Introduction

4-5 sentences

Madagascar is a country in the continent of East Africa. In Madagascar it is actually the poorest country in the world. Madagascar is the safest country in the world to live in.Marco polo was the one that named the name of madagascar. Madagascar is the 4th largest country in the world.in madagascar mens and womens wore the same clothes.

Tradition/Food

The food that the people in madagascar eat is mostly rice or fish with a slide of vegetables.  If people walk past other people’s houses then they will feed the people that are walking past.  They will even eat cold potatoes they will eat on the floor instead of their table. They do have tables but they don't eat on it.Romazava is what they eat which is meat stew with leafy greens.

The capital of Madagascar is Antananarivo and the traditional bracelet is called vonguvongu. The traditional guitar in madagascar is called valila. The handshake in Madagascar is probably different from everyone else's. You have to put out your right hand and put the left one on the right hand and bend down gently.

The animal in madagascar which is lemur has a really long middle finger to dig. in madagascar it is called aye aye the weight of it is 4 pounds in the wild.there teeth are like a rat and there ears are like a bat.Tenrecs Tenrecs, which look similar to moles shrews and hedgehogs were probably the first mammals to arrive on the island of Madagascar. When scared they curl up in a ball and extend spiky hairs to protect themselves from predators.

 Yesterday we went to Matheson beach we went on a bus to get there.We had to be at school early at 7:30 and the bus will leave at 7:45.we were all happy to get there but it took  1hour and 30 mins  to get there.when we got there we were all happy to go swimming and doing the land work and going up to the waterfall.when we were finish we all had to take photos and saying thank you for the adult that helped us in the ea and on land.

my favourite team from team 1 to 5 was team 2 and 5 because for term 2 i loved there song and how they acted Mrs teleso was the sun and mrs cater was the earth and mrs gaston was the moon on the floor mrs Davis was the moon on the stage. 

 

for team 5 was because they were explaining about all of the planet that they were acting like and how they were most in the colour that the the planet was like for example mars is red and Ms tipene was red.

Writing Narrative about dora

One day there was a girl named Dora at the waterpark when she walked into the water park Dora saw her friend noah.they were looking for a place to sit so they saw a chair so they walked over to it and sat down.when they sat down dora lefted her bag on the floor so she can relaxon the chair with her friend noah.


When she was relaxing she fell asleep noah was still awake relaxing in the hot sun.When noah was going to put some sunscreen on he heard something in the bushes. He was shocked but he didn’t really care about it until he saw bruce lee ran and took Dora's bag.noah got up and woke Dora up that her bag got stolen from bruce lee Dora got up and ran to get her bag.she was running as fast as she could when she got closer to bruce lee she was trying to get it off his hands but her throw it into the pool.


When bruce lee throw Dora’s bag into the pool she jump into the pool and then noah came to help her get her bag when Dora got her bag they were drowning because they didn’t know how deep the pool was so noah had to help her get out of the pool so noah went out of the pool and pulled dora out of the pool when she was out she couldn’t breath so she went with her wet bag to her chair and sat down so she can breath.


When she was sitting down she was so tired so noah went to hang Dora’s bag so it could dry after Dora was really they packed up.when they were going to go out bruce lee came to her and noah said sorry to them. Then bruce lee told noah and dora that he always steals because he likes what people have so dora and noah said to bruce lee. it’s okay but never do that again.when dora and noah went back home they looked in dora’s bag everything was there.


When they got home, Dora went to her bed because she was still tired and Noah went to unpack their stuff that they went with. He unpacked Dora's bag and hanged on the line right after that. Noah went to watch tv when he was watching tv he fell asleep.

 There was one hot day that I wanted to go to the beach.i went to the beach with my family.When we got to the beach we all got out of the car and i went to put my towel on the sand.when i put down my towel i sat down in the sun.then i remember to put some sunscreen on.after that then i went for a walk when i went for a walk i stepped on this hard thing.I looked down but there was nothing there so i digged the sand when i was digging i saw that there was a treasure box.so i went on a infestation to see what was in there.when i lift up the treasure box it was light so i opened it. There were only dummies so i thought thats why its light because there were only dummies but i was so confused.

It is all about a crayfish at the beach with Josh and elijah.

There was a crayfish that was in clean, flowing water. There were two humans walking to go to the sea.They were in the sea then one of the humans stepped on the crayfish.They heard it seek and there was lots of crayfish on the ground.But the humans love crayfish so they chase after the crayfish then one of them stepped on a rock .But the one that was raining did not known that his friend josh was stuck. but the one that was running which was Elijah he kept on running then he caught one and he looked back to the land and the BBQ was still on so he rushed back to go and cook his crayfish that he got . On his way back to go and cook it he saw his friend was stuck then Elijah went to get the crayfish pulled his friend up then they went to go and cook one crayfish. Then on their way there was another one on the rock then they cooked two of the crayfish then they started to pack up his stuff.

When they were heading back home when they were driving on the road Josh and Elijah were tired that they were gonna fall asleep. while they were on the road suddenly Elijah that was driving fell asleep. They were gonna hit a big truck but then Josh turned the wheel right after that Elijah woke up and he was scared and asked Josh what happened.So Josh had to explain they moved to the side and Josh was driving while Elijah slept in peace.

The prime minster Jacinda ardern who came to our school we were so happy and excited to see her and to hear her voice one of the prime minster word was when you think you can't do anything think about her because she will feel the way we are.

 We got to sing her favourite song too we are so thankful for the lunches we get from her and we are so so grateful for what we have. 

when she got into our class room to give out our lunches and she talked with our class when she walked in team 5 the street everyone was so happy and excited to see her at our own school.

she came to our school because room 21 send her an video of the food we got on the first day we got back from lock down and that she will come and have lunch with the year 7&8's also with room 21.
